Terms of Service

Last updated 24 August 2026

These terms cover your use of the Parks mobile app and this website. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who provides Parks

Parks is provided by Eliad Shahar (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@tryparks.com.

Your account

How to behave

Parks only works if it stays a decent place. Do not:

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules — in serious cases, without warning.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post: your dogs' details and photos, reviews, park submissions and updates. You give us permission to store and display that content inside Parks so the app can function — showing your dog to people at the same park, for example. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep something for safety or legal reasons.

Community park information — names, locations, facilities, photos and updates — may remain visible in the shared park directory after you leave, since other people rely on it.

Safety, and the limits of this app

Please read this part properly.

Availability

Parks is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the app will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will arrive on time or at all. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury, damage or loss arising from your use of the app, your interactions with other users, or anything that happens at a park. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Price

Parks is currently free. If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so clearly before you are charged, and existing features you rely on will not silently become paid.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Parks after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence says otherwise.
